Client - MNC Bank
Title: Business Manager to CEO's Office.
Location: Gurgaon
Reports to: CEO
Qualification: MBA (Premier Institute only or CA)
Experience: 4-6 yrs of experience in business development,
business consulting, business planning and forecasting etc.
Job Purpose Statement:
To work closely with CEO and focus in areas of business development at both a strategic and tactical level and constantly support the CEO in planning and execution of the organizational plans.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Review plans and strategies to support achievement of business strategy.
* Analyze business performance through focus on operations, study of business environment and past trends.
* Assisting the CEO in strategic decision making, business review & budgeting.
* Assisting the CEO in continuously evaluating the effectiveness business and organization structure.
* Creating the right dashboards and monitoring business health through different parameters
* Be a point of contact for International office when CEO not available
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties. Demonstrate attention to detail and decision-making skills to respond to high-pressure situations.
Demonstrate time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate executive's activities and major functions
