Position Title: Manager - Strategy

Business Group: International Banking Group, ICICI
Bank

Purpose of the Job: Manage project based assignments
that would involve developing business strategy,
identifying & developing new business/product
opportunities, product strategy & management, for
ICICI Bank's international expansion. The role offers
the opportunity to combine business strategy
development with execution to business goals, in a
fast expanding global business.

Location: Mumbai (Short travel to overseas location
may be needed)

Key Deliverables:

Manage project-based assignments with minimal
supervision. This would be in the following areas:

# Identify new business / product opportunity, make
business case, and develop the opportunity through to
launch
# Business analysis & strategy development, M & A
analysis
# Product strategy and management

Role Requirements

Key skills:

Excellent analytical skills (analysis & strategy
formulation, financial analysis)
Excellent verbal & written communication
Project / product management skills

Experience: 2-6 yrs. Preferably exposure to business
strategy / product development / product mgmt / M&A

Industry: Preferably banking (strategy / M&A/ product management), business consulting, corporate strategy

Qualifications: MBA from the premier b-schools
