There are three positions in a Private Equity fund. The fund is an eight member team across the globe established with the objective of investing in India and China. Around $63 million invested in India recently.
The team in India presently comprises of 2 professionals. Both have extensive corporate finance experience. The team now envisages recruiting three more participants with the following key attributes:
1 Around 3 – 5 years experience in top line I Bank covering service lines like M&A, DDR, private equity syndication, etc
2 Around 2-4 years of experience in a strategic business consulting firm. Financial services experience not necessary but desired
3 Around 4 years of experience in investment research preferably someone from a reputed broking house
