About Infrastructure & Power:

The Infrastructure & Power Practice is a Strategic Business Unit within
the Transaction Advisory Services Practice. It provides comprehensive
infrastructure advisory and fund arrangement services to both public and
private sector clients and to all levels of government in India and
overseas, including central and state legislative agencies,
municipalities, nodal agencies, redevelopment agencies, port authorities
and special purpose vehicles and corporations.

The I & P Group is focused on the following key areas:

· Power
· Roads
· Ports
· Airports
· Special economic zones/Industrial parks
· Transportation
· Public Private Partnerships

The position is based out of Mumbai, but the person may be required to
travel within India and overseas for business.
Experience:
· 2 ? 4 years of relevant post qualification experience,
· Candidates should:
1. have experience in the Infrastructure sector, specifically in the
area of power, roads, ports, airports and SEZs.
2. be well versed with financial modelling, tariff design, industry
structure, strategy development, regulatory filings, etc. Knowledge/Skills/ Personal attributes:
· Strong Financial modeling skills
· Strong Analytical skills
· Strong research skills
· Good communication skills both written and oral (including report
writing)
· Should be well versed with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· High team orientation
· Significant amount of initiative.
