§ Creation of Brand equity – ideation, positioning, influencing, internal & external communication, quality control
§ Product innovation
§ Conception and creation of geographies
§ Partnership programs
§ Competitive and industry analysis – checks, controls, balance and opportunity
§ Development of alternate channels of marketing
§ Designing and developing marketing material
Qualification
MBA (Marketing). Dual specialization in Marketing & Finance would be an added bonus.

Experience (Specific to any organization)
Exposure to Financial Services preferably, Banks/ Financial Institutions involved in similar business in the marketing function.

Functional Skills Required
§ Knowledge and understanding of Portfolio Management and Equity business.
§ Awareness of changing trends in the international / global financial scenario.
