Job Profile :---

? Spearheading the Sales & Marketing operations.
? Drive strategy, planning, and implementation.
? Set up and manage the distribution / dealer network and
promote their development through financial / marketing /
training support
? Oversee sales & logistics planning & operations.
? Implementation & audit of systems (Sales Forecasting, Daily
Reporting, Inventory control, Claims management &
outstanding collection)
? Increase market penetration and consolidate market
leadership position by brand development, new product
rollout, strategic / targeted advertising & marketing
campaigns and sales promotions.
? Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, long/ short
term forecasting and develop business plans.
? Recruit, train, mentor, motivate, and guide the sales
team to achieve sales objectives of the organization and
grow up the value chain.
