Associate Vice President - Organization Development & Training (Mumbai & Delhi)
This position provides leadership in the assessment of organization needs and the development implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees to support the operating missions and goals of the Organization.
Educational Qualification: MBA regular (Only from a premier B-School) XLRI/ TISS/ SIBM
Total experience: 7-10years after post graduation
Industry Experience: Insurance/ Banks/ IT/ Telecom/ BPO.
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
The incumbent must be working as a Sr. Manager / Assistant Vice President- OD & Training for at least 1year in a leading MNC.
At least 4 years progressively responsible management experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience in Training & Organisational Development in a large and complex organizational setting (In a leading MNC).
Must have prior experience in policy designing.
