Senior Manager - Transitions in a US Financial company

This is to inform you we have a Senior level
position with a US financial company. The detail JD is
a below;

Senior Manager - Project Transitions

Location: Bangalore
Shift – Flexible
Salary Details: 15 – 22 lakhs pa & Flexible based on
experience

Responsibilities & Key Result Areas:
Ø Candidates primary function will be to manage a
staff that is responsible for the analysis that are
performed during a Business Review, and facilitating transitions from the US to India.
Ø In addition, this person would be accountable for
penetration of sales by identifying, stimulating and
selling business opportunities.

Role includes:
Ø Support the sales and business analysis process on
request - support and development of client solution
visions that close.
Ø Provide expert content in analysis, process design
and implementation planning. Plan transition
projects and manage them to insure they are completed
based on the scope of the project.
Ø Provide consulting support for analyses, process
design and transition.
Ø Manage the transition team.
Ø Plan transition project with the Sr. Delivery
Managers.
Ø Edit and approve client deliverables regarding
implementation and transition.
Ø Manage client transition projects and IT integration
to client approval.
Ø Establish personal billing, team billing and project
management targets.
Ø Candidate and team will conduct 5 implementations in
I quarter (at one time) along with supporting 6 sales
from the point that we are conducting Business
Analysis.

Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:
Ø Management Degree in finance or related fields.
Ø 8-10 years in financial/mortgage services.
Ø Understanding of process management, process
reengineering, and Global Outsourcing.
Ø 5+ years in an operations role with an understanding
of TQM, Lean Manufacturing and/or six sigma
