HCL started its Capital Markets Operations providing back-office and
middle-office process services to Investment banks in 2002. HCL is
arguably the only third-party service provider managing processes
including corporate actions (Debt Issuance, Paying agency etc.),
ABS/MBS modelling along with more often outsourced processes like
reconciliation and data management.

Solutions Consulting Team for CMS-Ops requires Practice Leaders in
following areas:

1. Fund Administration: Knowledge of complete back-office processes
of a Fund Manager inlcuding Fund Accouting, Reconciliations and Data
Management. Knowledge of Performance Attribution is desirable but
not neccessary.

2. Securities Trading : Knowledge of complete Trade Management life- cycle including Trade Capture, Enhancements, COnfirmation,
Settlement and post-settlement processes

Candidates should have 5-10 Years of experience in the industry and
should have the requisite inter-personal skills to interface with
CIOs of global financial institutions.

Practice Leaders will lead HCL's complete business initiatives in
their respective areas, building capability at offshore locations
(India, Singapore, Malaysia and Northern Ireland) and leading
business development efforts in client/prospect locations (primarily
NYC, London and Farnkfurt)
