Organization: Our client is one of the top 3 business houses of India.

Job Specification: Will be key resource at the CFG with specific
responsibilities in one of the verticals i.e. M&A/ Capital Markets/ Investor
Relations:

M&A / Corporate Finance
- To generate M&A avenues across the globe in existing businesses of Group,
using his/her experience as a functional expert on these specific
industries/ M&A space in general
- To convince business team/ business head on the business case for
opportunities and execute the transaction jointly
- To apply his/ her experience and knowledge in corporate and securities law
to structure M&A transactions

Capital Markets
- To assess fund requirements for businesses/ companies, based on
independently generated forecasts, devise suitable capital structure,
determine the equity/ debt needs
- To come up with instruments/ avenues on raising funds through domestic/
global debt/ equity capital markets and to convince CFOs/ MD of Group
Companies on the rationale of specific instruments/ fund raising strategies,
to assist them raise funds.

Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for a candidate with a strong finance background (CA/
Finance MBA) & flair for marketing to senior professionals at CFO/ CEO/ MD
level
- Strong background in Corporate Laws and other legal streams related to
structuring of businesses, corporate and finance.
