Manager - Quantitative Analytics in a US Financial Company

This is to inform you we have a Senior level
position with a US financial company in Bangalore. The
detail JD is a below;

Position Name: Manager Quantitative Analytics
Work Timings: 11:00am ? 7:30pm
Salary Band : 12 ? 16 lakhs

Responsibilities & KRA?s:
Manage a team of two Assistant Managers Quantitative
Analytics to work on & deliver for the following :
* Mathematical, Statistical and Financial analysis of
USD 42 billion residential loan servicing portfolio
* Modeling of various financial/business/operational
parameters to facilitate executive decision making
* Calibrating the models to keep them in sync with the
current financial/business/operational scenarios
* Maintaining Industry/Market/Competitor trends and
analyzing the consequent impact on residential loan
servicing
* Respond to the need of executive management for
quantitative and analytical support

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Hands on experience in
Mathematical/Statistical/Financial modeling
* Good knowledge of Statistical tools
(SAS/SPSS/Minitab) & techniques
* Hands on experience with MS-Access and SQL
(Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL)
* Good communication skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Post Graduate Degree in Management from IIM - Batch
of 2003
* Graduate degree in Finance / Economics / *
Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics
* 3-4 years of work experience

PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in quantitative modeling of loan
portfolios
* Knowledge of US Mortgage Industry OR Fixed Income
Securities
