2003 Batch for a Leadership Program with MNCFinancial Giant, Gurgaon

The opportunity is to be the part of a Management Development Program
(MDP) at Asia Pacific Level with one of the top financial MNCs in
India wherein the focus would be to groom the incumbent for a
Leadership role.
The candidates would be joining in at a Manager level and would be
gaining expertise in different functions in the company in 4 rotations
and would finally be absorbed in one of the functions in a Leadership
position (Sr Manager/AVP-depending on the performance) in India after
completion of the program in 2 years.
The third or fourth rotation will be a compulsory international
assignment.

The 4 ROTATIONs would be:
1ST:Will work on Functions like Risk, Credit, Compliance, Finance &
Quality
2ND: Collections & Operations
3RD: Sales & Marketing
4TH: Own choice depending on availability at that point of time.

This is a Manager level opening based in Gurgaon.

The candidate should be a Top B School passout "Strictly" from the
2003 batch.
