Experience in HR function in a manufacturing industry. Exposure to TQM shall be preferred
Responsibilities:
The Position is responsible for all strategic and operational matters of HR, Administration, Security and Community Relations. Maintain good industrial relations Plan, develop, implement and review the overall HR plan to meet the HR goals set in the beginning of the year. Develop, Implement and Review Control Points and Improvement Plans in the form of Tasks and Themes for HR/Administration Process. Facilitate implementation of Corporate HR programs and initiatives, such as Development Dialogue (PMS), Job evaluation exercise, Development Centre Facilitate implementation of SRF Mangement way . Facilitate IT enablement of processes in the plant.
Plan and execute Capability building initiatives /programs to bridge talent/skill gaps Build and maintain relationship with the external agencies
