I shall be grateful if you could refer a good HR profile 97/98/99 batch,
Tamil speaking
for an opening with Coke in South. He should have experience in all
gamut's of HR including IR. He should have worked in a plant situation
and handled sensitive IR situations including other HR functions. Pay
package is not a constraint at all.Good communication skills and ability
to carry the team and get the desired results would be what the company
is desiring
