- MBA's with 8-12 years of experience,currently working in BPO/ ITES
sector ,having spent the last few years in an HR generalist role;
- The position is for leading the Company's Mumbai Center HR
operations.

2. For a Leading MNC Bank:
- MBA's with 4-5 yrs exp as an HR Generalist involved in Staffing and
Structuring Compensation, training, career development, performance
management, roles and job specifications etc.
Location : Delhi
