Profile :
Responsible for managing HR of all Retail division. It would
entail handling All India retail recruitment, Developing Performance
Systems for the division and handling all other HR activities pertaining to this division.

Experience :3-5 years

Qualification : graduate with a management degree in HR

Competencies Required : Passion towards Recruitment, Training process
understanding, Performance Management Process understanding. Ideally an HR Generalist would be suitable. Should have conceptual knowlege ina ddition to operational experience.

Location : Bangalore

Salary : 2-3-3.5 lacs

We would want the selected candidate to join in 15 days since we are in an urgency.
