Our client a leading player in the IT services in Bangalore with offices in US and Europe is looking for a Head of recruiting.
The ideal candidate would have
A PG qualification from an institute/University of good standing
8+ years of recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment.
Must have handled mass IT recruitments
Should have a fair understanding of recruitment mertics and dash boards. Should be willing to stretch and handle multi location recruitment.
Candidates drawing less than 7 Lakhs per annum need not apply.
