We have an opening in our HR Team

Designation: - Process Manager and Team Leader - HR

Company: - Worlds No 2 Bank's Captive BPO Unit.

Location: - Mumbai, Malad (W)

The Profiles are:

Process Manager – HR - Generalist

1. HR Qualified - 4-5 Yrs Experience
2. PG in HR is a must from a good institute.
3. Microsoft Office Knowledge is a must.
4. Should have worked in a large set up.
5. Understand the generalist role and should have done
the job for the last two years.
6. Understanding of People issues, Employee
engagement, attrition and Performance management,
should have a good understanding of the core HR
process.
Salary: - Competitive

TL – HR - Generalist

1. HR Qualified - 2-3 Yrs of Experience
2. Should be from a reputed institute.
3. Should have worked in a Large/ Multinational
Environment
4. Understand of the HR Process is a must. Should also
have hands on experience on few of them.
5. Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.

Process Manager - Human Recruitment

Key Accountability:
Process Manager - HR (Recruitment)
To manage the recruitment process for a certain LOB(s)
a) Sourcing
b) Selection
c) Closure
d) MIS management
To recruit the requisite number of people as per
timeline and cost parameters agreed

To anchor Graduate Hiring, B-School, etc.

Projects to carry out improvement projects in the
recruitment area

To champion programmers (Employee Referrals,
Advertisements, etc.)

Key Requirements

Graduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in:
Recruitment and HR function of a large organization
Post Graduate MBA in HR preferred (2 – 3 years)
Proficient in MS Office
High energy levels
Good communication / presentation skills
Ability to relate to people
Manage high pressure dynamic situations
Good team skills

Salary: - Best in Industry
Call Center / BPO experience in will be preferred.
