4. Job Description / Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for implementing HR Systems and processes within the company such as with a specific focus on the following
§ Resourcing Handling the recruitment process and inducting smooth entry to all new comers in the organization and maximize retention at all levels. Building capability and capacity to sustain the delivery of performance.
§ Management Development: Ensure that our managers are continually developing the knowledge/ skills, experience and attributes necessary to sustain success. Be responsible for the succession management process to enable a pipeline of talent.
§ Performance Management: Ensuring that Performance management system is implemented continuously reviewed and improved for build a highly productive, energized and vibrant organization. Having clear goals, accountabilities and metrics.
§ Help institutionalize the change management initiative
5. Desired profile of the candidate
The individual should have 6 to 8 years of experience in HR with a focus on management development, performance management and resourcing. The candidate should have strong conceptual skills, values orientation and the ability to sell and influence ideas.
