COMPANY : Operating in v. niche markets world-wide, it is an absolute leader in its segment of Media related Activities.
PROFILE : FEMALE MBA ( HR ) from good institute with an experience of 5-7 years in leading FMCG/ Consumer Durables/ Services MNCs in delivering trainings in soft skills like communications, making presentations, art of negotiation, managing people etc.
Position also co-ordinates with external as well as internal trainers to manage the training calendar
Strong exposure to the Domestic Marketing environ is required. V. Strong presentation and communication skills expected.
LOCATION : Delhi, some travel expected
SALARY : Upto around Rs. 5 lacs per annum
