Mercer has openings in its Global Information Services Practice which specializes in consulting in the area of Compensation and Benefits. The incumbent would be expected to:
Execute Compensation and Benefits Surveys across various industries
Participate in compensation and benefits related consulting as part of a larger team
Interact with existing clients and service client requirements
Undertake Business Development and promotion activities
The Candidate must have had prior experience of at least 1 year in the area of HR. An MBA from XLRI, TISS or Symbiosis is an essential requirement. The openings are available in the Bangalore and Mumbai Offices .
