HR Openings with Lucent in Mumbai/Bangalore

I manage the Staffing function for Lucent India. I was given your reference by Raymond Saldana and thought of seeking your support in finding talented HR professionals for us. Position 1 & 2 are based out of Mumbai and position 3 will be based out of Bangalore.

1) HR Manager : MBA / Engineering with about 12-15 of successful track record in HR; ideally exposed to all the different components of the HR function i.e. understand the Business and its competitive environment; resources planning; staffing co-ordination; performance management; employee development; C&B administration; employee counselling; employee communication; manage exit process; appropriate OD interventions; health surveys and suitable action plans; conflict / team resolution; etc). Must have a winning positive attitude; strong communication and inter personal skills; high levels of commitment and integrity with very good customer interaction skills.

2) C&B Manager : MBA / engineering with about 10 - 13 years of relevant experience; Responsible for market surveys, design and delivery of compensation & benefit programs to ensure attraction of right talent and equitable internal admn of pay & benefits, management of employee stock option plans, management of insurance related activities, management of international assigness; need based projects etc. Excellent knowledge of Comp & Ben management, knowledge of Compben practices of other comparable organisations, negotiating & interpretation skills, listening skills, eye for detail, good knowledge of HR systems and processes.

3) HR Account Manager - cum- Asst. C&B Manager : Graduate in any discipline and an MBA, about 4-6 years of relevant work experience in HR in a comparable organization in the high tech industry segment. Must have a winning attitude; strong communication and inter - personal skills; high levels of commitment and integrity with good customer interaction skills. The candidate will have a dual responsibility - i.e. of being the Assistant C&B manager and HR Account Manager for an identified segment of the INS R&D organization at Bangalore. He/she should have prior work experience in the C&B function, besides a HR generalist exposure and experience.
