Mgr Training & OD for an MNC at Delhi

H R Solutions has been retained by an MNC in the power sector with a presence in 70 countries to recruit a Manager OD & Training for thier HO in Delhi

The ideal candidate should be an HR professional , preferably from a premier institute with an experience of min 5 years to a maximum of 9 years.
He /she will be responsible for Organizational development /Training Initiatives across the country And will be part of the HR Country Team

Some of the key assignments of his/her role would be to :
Enhance synergies and learnings across the business units
Manage the training and development portfolio of SBU's Across the country
The ideal candidate will have a blend of a creativity , effective implementation and analytical skills and a very strong drive to lead the Training Initiative

Professionals with exposure to Training from Organisations / Consultancies are welcome to apply.

Compensation : would be among the best in the Industry. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
