General Manager India- Telecom - European MNC

On behalf of our clients we are on a search of good professional, in brief the specs are as follows:

Position : GM India

Formal Experience
1.Overall experience of 12 to 15 years in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
2.Experience in managing sales and operational personnel.
3.Previous experience should be at least 4 years in each company. Experience of less than this in any company should be questioned as the person would not have seen a complete business cycle.
4.Past experience in meeting revenue targets and staying within budget would be a plus.
5.Experience should be in reputable Indian companies or MNCs.

Education
1. Education should include a basic technical degree (B.E. etc.) and commercial experience of 5 years or more. An advanced degree like an MBA is an advantage but not necessary as it can be compensated by experience.
2. Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus as it indicates a person with an international outlook.

Subjective Qualities
1.Ability to present and articulate views and points in a crisp and clear manner.
2.Good writing skills.
