our MNC IT Client ,based in Bangalore.

About Our Client:
Our Client is a diversified multi-billion dollar financial services company with headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. The company is a global outsourcing and technology solution provider, specialising in asset management, financial business process outsourcing, and customer interaction services.

Our IT MNC client who is looking for :
Position: Human Resource Generalist
Location: Bangalore
Educational background: Graduate with post graduate Management
diploma /MBA

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include developing, managing, implementing
and administering HR programs and guidelines for all the employees .
This includes the areas of employee relations, compensation,
recruiting, performance management and appraisals, training,
affirmative action, organizational development and career counseling.

Competencies:
Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team
environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to
solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment. candidates must have excellent Communication skills,familiarity with MS Excel and computer systems. Good communication, presentation and
interpersonal skills are a given.

Experience:
Experience should include a minimum of 3 years of directly applicable HR experience.
