Manager-Employee Relations- MNC FMCG factory Coastal AP

One of our MNC clients-among the "best employers' in India, is
looking for a Dy Manager / Manager - Employee Relations to be placed
at their factory in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal person would be
- A Post graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
from a premier management institute with thorough knowledge of
Labour Laws, current trends of best HR / IR Practices in Industry.
-a professional with 4-6 years relevant experience in HR & IR
functions in a manufacturing industry preferably in FMCG sector.
- able to speak, read & write English & Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi
preferred.
- Be familiar with handling all employee issues including wage
settlements for different classes of employees, Decision making
skills, Interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships,
Conceptual clarity, Ability to assess impact of day-to-day decisions
on a long term perspective.
