HR opening/ Mumbai

One of the world's leading Multi national requires a senior level HR
for its corporate function at Mumbai. He/She will provide high level
HR services and advice, tightly aligned to business need, covering
organizational design, change management, reward structures,
training and resourcing for the entire organization.

This opportunity is for a professional who has a real passion for
the role and truly enjoys the challenges of balancing a global
environment along with retaining a rich Indian culture. He/She
would be reporting to the HR Director

Be a leading player in facilitating team dynamics within the top
management of the company

Expected Capabilities:
Ideally, 15+ years of experience purely in the HR function with at
least five years in a senior position. He/she should have a proven
track record of success in leadership with tangible results. Age
around 40 years
Masters Degree in Human Resources from a reputed institute is
essential. Successful candidate must be an excellent communicator
with strong leadership skills
