JOB TITLE: Continuing Education Advisor
REPORTS TO: Head Learning & Development
Experience; with 5-8 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manage and monitor specific activities to foster an environment of continuous growth for employees through the various ‘Continuing Education’ initiatives
Work across businesses to assess training needs and requirements from an employee relations and retention perspective
Use professional concepts and contacts in accordance with company objectives to develop specific education and development programs in response to organization needs
Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting devolvement programs and evaluation criteria for ensuring an enhanced employee experience and tenure

·Experience in handling 24*7 operations and flexible for these operations on a need basis
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5-8 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing various Learning and Development initiatives pertaining to ‘Continuing Education’ for all levels of personnel
Oversee the implementation of innovative and cost effective programs and procedures in order for the company to attract, retain, motivate its employees and institute best practices
The person should served as a strategic partner to all departments by integrating business & HR strategies into the company’s goal of developing and retaining the existing Talent pool
Coordinate with other entities across the organization to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the pro gram
Conduct research to ensure the effectiveness of the various Continuing Education’ programs
Network with training organizations to update and enhance existing programs
Liaise with partners in the program to ensure that organizational requirements and goals are met
Networks with other organizations to implement best practices.
Develop certification and effectiveness measurement frameworks to track effectiveness of programs
Maintain records of the various ‘continuing education’ programs and participants
