Key Role & Responsibilities:
Card Acquisition
- Identify opportunities & databases for Cross Sell : Source and process the data for Sales
- Develop pricing strategies for new card acquisition
- Deliver acquisition targets by driving Sales Teams
- Measure acquisition performance on key variables and publish the MIS
- Make process interventions, as necessary, to increase throughput
Activation
- Drive welcome telecalling team and the process to communicate value preposition to customers and activate acquired cards. This will involve driving external agency to deliver productivity & efficiency.
Portfolio Analysis
- Continuous review of portfolio on key vectors to identify opportunities & risk areas, ahead of time.
- Key Performance Vectors include Acquisition, Activation, Spends, Revenue, Marketing Efficiency & Retention
Portfolio Intervention
- Drive portfolio behaviour on Key Performance Vectors through support from the Logo Product Teams & Telemarketing Units.
- Launch Marketing initiatives using conventional & non conventional channels to drive customer activity
- Maintain marketing efficiency
