The brief job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Strengthen and develop bond between the company and the employees
2. Create, initiate and implement robust HR processes, policies and practices.
3. Sesitively manage employee aspirations, queries and issues on time and all the time.
4. Strengthen company values in the company culture by talking, walking and role modelling leadership
5. Communicate with individuals and teams on a regular basis
The positions report into the head HR based in Bangalore.
The positions are based in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai
Desired experience level : 2- 4 years
Qualifications: MBA
