We are looking to hire an MBA from premier institute (XLRI,TISS etc ) with experience between 5-7 years experience post MBA with a flair for initiating and executing OD activities ( by herself/himself or through external/internal resources) as well drive other HR initiatives such as competency mapping, succession planning , performance management, climate surveys and HR Policy making and documentation. He/She will in addition hold HR delivery responsibility for one or more departments in the company.
This position is based in Mumbai and reports to the undersigned.
