Position Description

Experience : 2 years of IT experience, Batch of 2002 should apply.
Position Purpose Summary - The position requires to develop a key
interface with the associates in order to address Human Resource
Development areas, issues and concerns in day to day operations and
also take care of timely completion of various reports and ensure
schedule and process compliances.
1. Conduct Employee Survey once in six months covering all
associates to gauge the satisfaction levels in the group
>> Development of HR-empoyee interface
>> Identification of key issues and concerns.
>> Development of action plan with timelines
>> Design a delaited execution plan to address the Gaps
>> Ensure execution of Action items as per plan
>>Identification of resource retainability risk cases and suggesting
risk mitigation plan
2. Preparation of MIS reports
3. Employee Relations
>> Effective understanding of the key issues and concerns of the
employees.
>>Drawing out action plans to address these issues
>> Improving HR-Employee relations by bringing in a strong HR face
in the BUs
>> Addressing day to day employee issues / grievances, etc.
4. Ensuring Process and Schedule Compliances Timely completion of
various process, Visa Processing.
