Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Administration of bi-annual performance review process in collaboration with DC and London offices
Implementing performance improvement plans for under-performers
Creating career opportunities for top performers
Training, Development & Employee Motivation
Delivery of orientation training to new hires
Identifying training requirements based on understanding of skills gaps; coordinating content training with DC and London offices
Establishing calendar of employee events and driving their successful execution
Compensation Administration
Monitoring local labor market conditions
Developing and maintaining salary bands for all employees
Defining end-of-year merit increases for all employees
Translating and implementing DC/London incentive schemes such as Quality Awards
Inter-Office Collaboration
Identifying and implementing tactics to boost inter-office integration and replicate the CEB corporate culture locally
Managing rotations of employees in both directions, including logistical arrangements such as housing and transportation
Developing and maintaining comprehensive set of resources for transfers from overseas
Ensuring that CEB India is "plugged into" DC events and other developments
Writing periodic newsletters about CEB India for the firm’s top 100 executives worldwide
Driving and coordinating visits of top CEB executives to CEB India
Recruiting & Retention
Working closely with the India Office Manager, CEB UK Recruiting Director, and team members to manage recruiting efforts for all position openings in our India office.
Developing a critical eye for "content business" hiring by fully diagnosing the unique needs of hiring managers and conducting comprehensive interviews that test both analytical and interpersonal attributes
Overseeing and owning the candidate management process, from interviewing through to candidate tracking/communication and pipeline reporting
Building database of candidates, companies and colleges that represent the best pools of CEB talent
Managing campus recruiting
Monitoring employee attrition risks; developing and implementing tactics to maximize retention of top performers
