Regional Manager Sales - TIMEX

TIMEX is looking for Regional Manager Sales for North India. The incumbent shall be directly reporting to the VP-Sales and will be responsible for Achieving Sales/ Revenue targets by effectively
managing:
- Distribution Channels
- Sales Force
- Implementation of sales and promotion schemes


Key Activities include:
1 Regional Sales Plan Formulation
Formulate Regional Sales Plan and assign targets to the sales force. Analyse sales figures for the different states to identify trends and opportunities. Analyse last year's data, competitors' data, etc. to estimate market potential. Analyse population data to identify areas to expand distribution Identify resources needed and allocate the same

2 Sales Force Management
Supervise sales force to ensure that they meet their sales figures. Follow-up with the sales team for sales & collections to ensure that they stay on track throughout the year. Intervene with Business Associates when needed, to fire- fight and solve problems. Motivate sales team constantly to maintain momentum throughout the year. Recruit & train new sales people. Allocate resources in line with potential Build a charged up team.

3 Local Promotions
Implement sales schemes developed by the VP sales and develop Region specific sales schemes to boost sales. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure that schemes are implemented as per schedule. Collect and analyse post scheme feedback from the field to determine success or failure of the scheme.

4 National Sales Strategy Implementation
Execute the national sales strategy in the region with excellence. Communicate the strategy to each member of the team and reinforce the same from time to time. Battle for market share
