Openings in Citifinancial India:

Citifinancial India, the Consumer Finance arm of Citigroup, has openings in the Human Resources function at the Assistant Manager level, based out of Pushp Vihar, New Delhi.

Job Opening 1:

We are looking at a person who would head the payroll unit at Citifinancial India. At an operational level this would include national level responsibility for administering the payroll thru an outsourced vendor, managing statutory compliances and retiral management, handling settlements and managing fringe processing for the country. At a strategic level the incumbent would be required to keep the organization updated on modern payroll processes in the market as well as income tax related issues and use analytics for management decision making on payroll/reimbursements.

Reporting
The role reports to the Head of Compensation and Operations for Citifinancial India.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background
We are looking for a MBA/CA from the 2002-2003 batches.

The incumbent should have excellent analytical skills and a high level of competence in MS Excel. The incumbent should be goal and delivery oriented, have high energy levels and be comfortable working in a high stress, deadline driven, rapid change environment.

Job Opening 2:

We are looking at a person who would head compensation and benefits management at Citifinancial India. At an operational level this would include administering the annual compensation increase exercise, managing variable compensation programs (incentives and annual bonus programs) and administering benefits programs. At a strategic level the incumbent would be required to keep the organization updated on compensation trends in the market as well as income tax related issues and use analytics for management decision making on compensation. The role would also involve intensive interface with other Citigroup entities in India and require Corporate directive and guidelines to be implemented in line with India business and market requirements. The role would not involve administration of payroll and statutories.

The role reports to the Head of Compensation and Operations for Citifinancial India.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a MBA/CA from the 2002-2004 batches. Experience in compensation management - either in a consultancy or at the client end - are desirable.
