HR Opening

We are recruitment consultants . We have an excellent opening for
a position in HR . Focus will be more on recruitment. This
position is with a Hospitality chain having presence all over
India.

The job profile is as follows :-
Creation of Manpower plan for new locations
Recruitment status creation
Liasoning for posting of advertisements, placement consultants,
job sites
and developing new sources of recruitment depending on the level and
position.
Short listing and database creation
Coordinate with HODs for final round
Making offers
Coordination for joining formalities

Educational qualification:-
Postgraduate in HR with about 3-5 years experience preferably in
service industry in recruitment

Skills required
Good knowledge of HR concepts, processes and practices
Good Interpersonal skills, customer-sensitive, Interviewing skills
and drive
