JOB TITLE: HRIM Manager
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager Hr Systems

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The position will be responsible for implementation and operation of high quality human resources programs and systems. Develop programs and practices to identify improvements to systems which will address specific business HR needs. Integration of complex business systems requirements to help in implementing long term strategic HR objectives, policies and procedures needed to realize the business objectives.
Makes final decision(s) on operational matters and ensures operations’ effective achievement of objectives. Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors. Exercises judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Ensures schedules to meet business requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participate in setting and managing system strategy and visions
2. Responsible for the implementation, and operation of specialized HR systems
3. Plan, lead and manage multiple large and complex projects with both functional and technical resource
4. Work on complex HRIS/IM solutions and projects that are cross-functional
5. Lead process and re-engineering initiatives and prepares detailed flowcharts, diagrams, and specifications from systems implementation
6. Obtains detailed specifications from business users to ascertain specific information systems requirements
7. Manages user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines
8. Serves as technical consultant to Managers and functional user groups
9. Provide consulting and business partnering to managers in reaching and achieving business objectives
10. Evaluates progress and results, and initiates major changes in methodology or programming procedures
11. Imparts technical expertise to lower level programmer/analysts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with MBA in Information management/Systems or equivalent, with 10 years experience in Information Systems/Management or related field with 8 years management experience.

Compensation and Benefits Advisor- Hyderabad

General Summary :
"This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering high value quality C&B programs, practices, and procedures at the Hyd site, as noted below:
Ø Participate with Directors, and Senior Managers to establish strategic C&B plans and objectives which will rollup to the India plan
Ø Decision making on administrative or operational matters and ensure operations’ effective achievement of objectives.
Ø Work on complex issues which involves analysis of situations or data
Ø Participate in development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for C&B projects and programs which will be rolled out across DIS India.
Ø Ensure project plans and schedules meet corporate business unit and India C&B requirements.
Ø Ensure Hyderabad C&B is in allignment with DIS India C&B and ensure adequate representation of Hyd requirements at the design stage of all C&B programs"
Technical Skillset
"The individual should have 8+ years of experience in the Human Resources arena of which atleast 2 to 3 years should be in the C&B function. Strong statistical analysis skill. Problem solving skills and decision making skills. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation and interpersonal skills."

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibility for the development, implementation, and communication of compensation and benefit programs and policies for the Hyderabad operations (both sales and non-sales plans).
· Ensure appropriate representation of Hyd requirements at the design stage of all policies and programs.
· Take ownership of design of some programs and policies for DIS India
· Ensure on-going alignment between compensation and benefits programs and the strategic direction of the company
· Manage proposed salary adjustments and new-hire offers for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems.
· Ensure jobs across the organization are appropriately classified, aligned with Dell’s global job grading structure. Manage requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
· Provide consulting and business partnering to professional staff in reaching and achieving company objectives.
· Support the participation in compensation and benefits surveys. Support analysis of competitive C&B data to assess the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
· Manage pay planning processes in Hyderabad
· Ensure Dell’s compliance with all Indian laws

Knowledge Skills And Abilities
Education Masters Degree in management/human resources
