Anchor the leadership and managerial development of a large sized
Integrated Business Unit (IBU) / Business Enabling Function (BEF) /
Development Centre (DC) Delivery of identified classroom
interventions/ developmental interventions for the roles of Project
Manager (PM), Delivery Manager (DM) and above Design and delivery of
the Leadership Education Programs within the broad framework of
Leadership

Executing managerial responsibilities which include goal setting,
anchoring periodic reviews, assisting in developing capabilities,
handling appraisals. Leading/driving organizational interventions
like competency building with team members from ILI and the rest of
the organization who do not necessarily report into the job holder.

Perform the role of counsellor for a set of senior-level high
potentials - enable them to develop their personal development plan
and ensure they are able to work on their plan effectively

The person can be anywhere between 5-14 years and position is in
Bangalore
