There is a job opening with an MNC BPO in Chennai.

They are looking for an HR generalist.
Recruitment and training is not part of the main JD. The only recruitment, would be middle & senior level positions, not CSR's.
Training is more in the designing area.
They have a separate training and recruitment dept to handle the routine work.
