1. Consulting Architect (Senior Hire)

Responsibilities: Design and implement Process Monitoring and Analysis Solutions based on Real-Time Data Warehouses, OLAP, and Process Analytics on a Service Oriented Architecture based on J2EE. Data capture from heterogeneous systems, Web Services, access by Portals and Mobile Devices, etc. Leader/mentor-level ability in the technical areas of requirements-definition, systems design, build, and test. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Experience: 10+ years experience in systems implementation consulting with strong customer interaction

2. Solution Delivery Manager (Senior Hire)
Responsibilities: Manage consulting engagements and provide business process improvement expertise and guidance to clients that are focused on deploying Epiance' Process Monitoring and Analysis Solutions. Work with technology leads as well as end-users (executives, supervisors, and workers) to define and design process monitoring and analysis solutions.

Experience: 5-7 years experience in Business Process consulting with strong customer interaction. Experience with leading Business Process Improvement methodologies including Six Sigma.

3. Senior Consultant - Solution Delivery

The successful candidate will provide consulting services focusing on Business Process Improvement (BPI). He / She would be responsible for assessing customer requirements, through interviews or workshops, and defining areas of custom development associated with the Epiance Solution. He / She would be involved in designing as well as configuring the BPI solution and interfacing with the technical leads to ensure that customer requirements are met. He / She would be making presentations to the clients and engaging in day to day project management.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in Business Process Improvement consulting

4. Senior Technical Consultant - Process Monitoring & Analysis

The successful candidate will provide technical consulting services focusing on Business Process Improvement (BPI). He / She would be responsible for fulfilling the technical aspects of the customers' requirements as part of the overall Epiance Solution set. He / She would be involved in designing as well as developing / configuring the BPI solution and interfacing with the technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of the overall solution.

Experience: 4-7 years experience in systems implementation consulting with strong customer interaction
