HR Manager Required for Bangalore.

Immediately require HR Manager for our client who are a network solutions company located in Bangalore. Their focus is the telecommunication public-carrier networks. They are an ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company. The company, registered in Italy, has over 200 employees and has main offices in Rome and an established presence in California, USA and a software development and support team in Bangalore, India. Some of their premier clients are Telecom Italia, Albacom, Wind, H3G (Hutchinson), Blu, Edisontel and many others. The company has been providing solutions to the telecom, Public Administration, formed on 2 April 2002 in Bangalore, India.

They have offices in Silicon Valley California, (Santa Clara). They are the next generation broad-band solutions and Digital Electronics products provider. Thye own Italian based Systeam SpA, a leading provider of OSS/BSS software Transportation and e-commerce for over 14 years.

REQUIREMENT IN DETAIL :-

Position: Human Resources - Manager

Reporting To: Managing Director/CTO

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manpower Planning and Recruitment
2. Training and Development
a. Identify Training needs in co-ordination with Team Leaders and prepare Annual Training Calender
b. Organize for training
c. Maintenance of Training records
d. Training Budget
e. Induction of new entrants

3. Formulation of Effective HR Policies and inculcating healthy work environment.
4. Maintenance of Personal Records of Employees.
5. General Administration and Welfare – House keeping, Safety and Security of premises.
6. Statutory Compliance.
7. Periodically update the Organization on Compensation and Benefits Trends in Industry.
8. Co-ordinate on HR issues with the Management.
9. Design and implement HR Practices.
10. Design and implement HR Policies.
11. To create conducive work environment through best value systems.
12. To undertake Organization Development activities.
13. To up keep high Morale of the Company and Employees.
14. Plan and implement Compensation and benefits to the employees.

AUTHORITIES
1. Recruitment of suitable personnel as per requirement.
2. Organize for Training and development within the time schedule and budgetary limit fixed.
3. Ensure conducive work environment through effective Administration & Welfare and HR Policies.
4. Statutory Compliance as per legal guidelines.

EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 Yrs in HR in IT Field.
Experience with TELECOMM based Company will be any added advantage.

QUALIFICATION: MBA with excellent Written/Oral Communication.
