Area HR Manager

Job Objectives: The HR Manager is responsible for all HR, IR and
administrative activities of the bottling plant and sales offices
within the area ; Support management in design,development and
implementation of the organization structure to meet current and
future business needs

Min Education: MBA/ PG in PM & IR

Min Experience: 4 - 7 years out of which at least two - three years
experience of working in a factory / unit

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities: Knowledge of Business & Labour Laws.
Adaptability, leveraging diversity, building value based
relationships. Demonstrating financial ability, Negotiating skills,
decision making, managing interactions with others, exerting personal
influence.

Languages - English/ Hindi

Location: Non-metro
