The key deliverables of this position would be:
Lead all training and people development initiatives ( Global and Indian modules for Delphi India).
Would be responsible for employee engagement and enthusiasm initiatives
Custodian of new talent nurturing programs ( GET and MT)
Responsible for talent management and grooming process.

Skills in development of learning modules
Should have delivered soft skill programs
Should have handled OD interventions
Should have handled batch inductions/ GET/MT program
Should have been exposed to various HR sytems and processes
Should have been responsible for training metrics/ budgets /co-ordination and admininstration of programs
4 - 6 years experience
High levels of maturity, process orientation, result orientation and strong communication skills.

Position 2: Plant HR Generalist
Reporting to Plant HR Manager
Location – Greater Noida, Uttarpradesh
Key deliverables of this position would be:
Plant Functions as an independent HR resource
Complete autonomy
Lead HR processes, like performance management, training & development, employee communication, staff welfare, staffing.
Creating a positve IR climate in the plant
Nurturing strong relationship with external agencies.
Management of employee relations

Profile
Preferably worked in a manufacturing environment for at 2 –4 years
Should have good understanding of Indian Labour statutes
Should have a good understanding of HR processes and systems
