Role:Head Compensation Benefits and Performance Management
Role Describe:Job Evaluation,Compensation fitment,design and benchmarking.Benefits and compensation Admininstration ,strategy design for compensation and benefits.The role would also entail spearheading goal setting excercises and Peoplesoft.
Span of Control: Team of 3-5 execuitves and 2-3 AM/Managers.
Batch - XL / Tiss - 1997 to 1999 Batch
Salary - Rs. 15 to Rs. 18 Lakhs
Location - Mumbai
