like TISS/XL/IIM/XISS School with at least 02 years of experience.

Candidates with relevant experience in the C&B would be preferred.
Ø Experience in the financial+fmcg+consultancy +Bpos+ services
industry is preferred though not mandatory. Candidates who would like
to move into the C&B space can also apply.The position would be part
for C&B Unit focussing on compensation framework and policies
encompassing apart from the fixed elements, Variable Pay/Sales
