XISS)
Experience : 8-10 years
Age : 32-35 years
Location : Gurgaon

DESCRIPTION:
1 Recruitments
2 Training-Coordinate training programmes across the organisation
3 Manage Performance Management and Compensation Benefit initiatives for
the Organisation.
4 Provide strategic inputs into manpower planning for the organisation
and implement manpower planning for Marketing & Sales and Corporate
functions.
5 Support Potential Management process for the organisation.
6 To analyse the current policy status and recommend any changes
