24/7 Customer Pvt. Ltd. is a Bangalore based BPO. We are one of the
largest third party BPOs in the country and have been rated by the

currently 4000 people strong with centres in Bangalore (ITPL and
Infantry Road), Hyderabad (Hi-Tech Park) and Chennai. We are now in an
exiting phase of growth and consolidation and expect to have around 7000
people by the end of this financial year. We are looking for smart
individual to fill the following requirements:
1) Executive Assistant to CEO: This is a key position directly working
with the Founder & CEO of the company who is based out of Los Gatos USA.
The position is however based out of Bangalore and the incumbent would
be required to work US timelines. We are looking for a dynamic person
with excellent communication skills, MBA from IIM/XLRI/FMS/Bajaj with
strong Strategic Management/Finance background. An experience of 2-3
years is desirable.
2) Manager/Sr.Manager - Recruitment: Reporting to the Chief People
Officer of the company this is a key position. The person would be
responsible for both lateral recruitment and volume recruitment. He
would lead a team of 15 recruitment executives and would be required to
contribute and work closely to fulfill the company's ramp up plans. The
desired profile is of a person with an MBA in HR and having done
extensive large scale recruitments in the BPO segment with about 8+
years of experience. Prior experience in working with a BPO/ITES
industry is mandatory.
