Responsible for a cluster of processes in our Contact center / Data
processing operations.
Should be a graduate / post graduate with 8-10 years of total work
experience, out of which 2+ years in managerial capacity, working for a
leading BPO / call center. Experience in a day-to-day management of
multiple processes & leading multi-functional teams is a must. Should be
open to working in night shifts.
