We, in iGATE Global Solutions, (www.igate.com) have a position open for a senior HR professional to lead the Human Resources effort across our 4 Delivery centres in India employing over 2500 professionals. The employee mix includes IT, ITES, consulting and business enabling teams. The posiiton reports in to the global Head of HR. Credentials: MBA/ PG Dip in HR from premier Institutes like XLRI, TISS Pre Requisites: ·Excellent business acumen to develop HR strategies in tune with Business requirements ·Well versed in implementation of people processes with a focus on performance management, culture building, employee relations
·Ability to work independently, proven track record leading various initiatives within HR, ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization ·Excellent communication, management and people skills
·High energy and initiative
·Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with internal clients ·Prior experience in a premier IT Solutions organization, managing over 1000 employees
·10 plus years experience ideally in a HR Generalist role with atleast 3 years in HR operations
