Job Title : - HR Executive
Location : - Bangalore (Local candidates only need apply)
Req. Experience : - 1 to 3 years overall exp in a call center / BPO, out of which, a significant period should be in handling recruitment. Should also have sufficient hands-on experience in other areas of HR like statutory compliances, training, HR operations etc.
Req. Qualification : - MBA / PG (HR) Ideally 2002
Desired Skills : - Excellent understanding of HR Concepts, Good Interpersonal Skills, Flexibility & Communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities : - Provide HR support to the AM – HR in all areas of HR including handling large scale recruitment, culture building activities, implementation of rewards program, people development, implementation of HR policies etc.
Other Requirements : - Should be willing to work in the night shifts if required.
